Banners

Homepage Banner 

A homepage banner is the large image across the top of your site's homepage. When adding or changing the homepage banner, it's important to test the image at different screen widths before publishing, to ensure it looks good on all devices. Don't save the image as a .PNG or larger than 1920px wide as this will affect download speeds.

How To Edit Your Homepage Banner

  1. Open your homepage in edit mode - select the picture you want to change and click the pencil to edit it

  2. From here, use the Remove button to clear the current banner, and you'll be able to add a new banner image

If you're unsure what the optimal picture size is for your website's banner, make sure to reach out to your project manager, and they can provide this information to you.  

Inside Page Banner 

Similar to a homepage banner, an inside page banner is a large image across the top of a page on your site. Use inside page banner images for section index pages or pages that you want to highlight.

How To Edit Your Inside Page Banner

  1. Open the page you'd like to edit
  2. Open the Banner section

  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the image
  4. Add or edit the image following the same instructions as the homepage banner
