Meeting

The Meeting content type allows you to add meetings which will be displayed on the Meetings hub page. These meetings can be viewed in a calendar or a list on this page.

Adding a New Meeting

Once logged in, from the Drupal Admin toolbar navigated to Content > Add Content > Meeting.

Input the following fields:

  • Title: This is the title of the meeting.
  • Description: Enter the description for the meeting.

▼ DATE & TIME

  • Start day: Add the meeting start date.
  • End day: Add the meeting end date.
  • All Day: Select this checkbox if the meeting runs all day.
  • Duration
  • Repeats

▼ AGENDAS, MINUTES & OTHER

  • Agenda file or link▼
    • Agenda file: Upload agendas here. One file only, 128 MB limit. Allowed types: txt pdf docx.
    • Agenda link: Start typing the title of a piece of content to select it. You can also enter an internal path such as /node/add or an external URL such as http://example.com.
  • Minutes file or link ▼
    • Minutes file: Upload meeting minutes here. One file only, 128 MB limit. Allowed types: txt pdf docx.
    • Minutes link: Start typing the title of a piece of content to select it. You can also enter an internal path such as /node/add or an external URL such as http://example.com.
  • Video: Start typing the title of a piece of content to select it. You can also enter an internal path such as /node/add or an external URL such as http://example.com.

  • Location
  • Other location

Once you have filled out the above fields, make sure that the checkbox next to Published is selected, and click Save.

Editing a Meeting

  1. To edit a Meeting, click on Content in the Drupal toolbar.
  2. Filter by content type Meeting.
  3. Click to edit the Meeting.
  4. Once you have made your changes, make sure that the dropdown menu next to Save as: is set to Published, and click Save.
